The Desire for Change
The starting point of any successful coaching relationship is the client’s desire for change.  Change from the way it’s been up to now.  Change that is targeted oriented toward improvement. Together with your selected coach, you will outline and define the issues to be addressed.

The Same Wave Length
The coach and client have to be on the same wave length.  An environment of confidence must be established and sustained throughout the process.  While our consultants pre-screen coaches to meet your needs and background, the ultimate decision is yours – the client – to know if the wavelength is right.

Reduce Complexities
The client comes to the coaching environment with a complexity of issues; otherwise they’d be able to resolve them themselves.  Using a variety of diagnostic methods this initial coaching phase seeks to identify and reduce those complexities and decide what measures need to be taken to address the challenges.

Overcoming Obstacles
Generally, the process of addressing the issues confronting the client takes place over a series of coaching sessions: overcoming obstacles, activating resources, enabling the transfer of new skills and understanding.  Between sessions the client has an opportunity to put those new abilities into practice.

The end is the start of a new beginning
Together at the end of the coaching process, client and coach reflect on the quality of the target achievements.  Concrete steps for further transfer and sustainable integration of the new skills and insights are discussed.  Both give feedback on the process and results of the coaching experience.
