Following receipt of your training seminar registration, written confirmation of your participation will be sent to you by e-mail. In the event that your selected seminar is fully booked, you will be informed immediately. Three (3) weeks prior to the seminar date, you will receive a personal invitation as well as the invoice of the attendance fee, a hotel brochure and location directions.

In order to provide an effective and constructive seminar environment, the number of participants is generally limited. Registrations are reviewed and accepted in the order they are received.

All fees include learning material, light snacks and beverages, as well as a mid day meal on each day of the seminar’s duration.

Most IME training seminars take place in hotel conference rooms. In case you require overnight accommodation in the conference hotel, we gladly book a room for you from our contingent (as from the evening before or as from the first day of the seminar). Please notify us of your booking request together with your seminar registration, or three (3) weeks prior to the seminar at most. All overnight hotel costs and expenses are invoiced on the day of departure and are to be settled directly between the participant and the hotel management.

In the event of conditions beyond its control, IME reserves the right to cancel any seminar three (3) weeks prior to schedule. In such circumstances, paid seminar fees will be reimbursed in their entirety. IME does not accept, nor is it responsible for, any unintended liability and/or claims of damages or gross negligence. Please be aware of these conditions when making any rail or flight reservations respectively when booking hotel accommodation.

Participants may cancel four (4) weeks prior to any scheduled seminar without incurring any costs or fees. Cancellations between two (2) and four (4) weeks will be charged at fifty (50) per cent of the overall seminar fee. Cancellations within two (2) weeks of a scheduled seminar will be charged at the full fee amount. No restrictions or additional charges apply if the contracting organisation/participant designates a replacement participant

IME seminars begin at 9am and conclude at approximately 5pm. The detailed schedule of each seminar is determined by agreement between the trainer(s) and participants. At the discretion of the trainer, adjustments may be made to any IME seminar with full reserve to its overall character and high quality.
