You will get to know how to make use of the motivation and interests of your conversational partners. You will practise how to counter typical “power games“ in a relaxed way. Apart from your rhetoric means it is your personal appearance – your voice and your body language – which can enforce your arguments. In practical exercises you can train how to argue, how to appear in a sovereign way and how to handle tricky conversational situations.
