There is much expectation placed on management in the course of change processes. The old is no longer valid, the new is not yet functioning; it’s a no man’s land. For those who should – or must – be a part of such changes, in depth, professional understanding of change is required - the processes, strategies and instruments for goal oriented planning and implementation. But even those managers who aren’t directly responsible for the decision making and strategic planning of wide spread change have expectations placed on them.
On the one hand they must implement the required changes in their area of responsibility, while on the hand, assure that daily operations continue without interruption or loss of motivation. For these challenges, Change Managers must have especially strong social competence in order to steer and lead change processes. They must be able to understand the organisation’s need for change, and have the skills to communicate and implement those changes. This workshop will assist you in developing both.
