You are acting in a leadership position without having been assigned a leadership position. For the most part you are subject to the same challenges as every other leader. You are expected to focus on reaching results while keeping the entire organisation in mind; without negative side effects or cross purposes. Your position isn’t legitimised by organisational hierarchy, but instead, is based solely on your role and your personal presentation.

It is essential to establish acceptance. Effectiveness as a functional leader and member of staff is available to you on a various levels. Strategies can be developed to better enable you to lead without having managerial authority.

In this training seminar, you will learn how to recognise these levels for potential effectiveness and how to use them. You will develop self confidence as well as a sense of security in taking action. You will be introduced to a variety of leadership methods and reflect on your environment in selecting the most sensible actions to enhance your leadership acceptance.
