This one-week training will communicate key leadership skills in a pooled and compact way. Five modules will give you a systematic overview of all relevant issues of leadership in order for you to grow into your role as a leader quickly. 
The practice-oriented and lively concept of the seminar will help you to develop an activity-oriented basic understanding of your personal leadership. This allows you a consistent use of the leadership tools as well as the development of your own role assurance. 
The methodical approach supports an active learning process which takes up your questions from your everyday work in a solution-oriented way.

Module 4: Team-leading

  • What makes a top-team?
  • Phases of team development and - roles
  • Practice: ”team live“ including subsequent process evaluation

Module 5: Motivation and personality 

  • Typically human: personality typologies
  • The myth of motivation: key theses for executives
  • Image of the other and self-image: how do I come across?
  • Personal objective agreement for individual practice transfer
