Interculturally competent, what does that mean? Experience it …

Your Benefit

Our mobility constantly increases, also in our professional surrounding. Sometimes we assume that we already know much about customs of other cultures. However intercultural competencies mean far more than facts over people and country from other cultures. International variety offers special insights and various room for individual development on international cooperation. However international co-operation can frequently lead to misunderstandings or irritations. Those misunderstandings can take much time, strength and energy.

In this workshop you develop abilities and competencies to act more effectively in intercultural situations and to resolve possible irritations or misunderstandings or master them more easily. You learn to notice your own culture from another perspective and to understand humans from other cultures more easily. This leads to faster processes and often surprising insights into other behaviors and work. Differences in thinking, feelings and behaviors become more obvious. You will recognize your own perceptions, interpretations and reactions in your international work. You will try new possibilities and ways of an intercultural dialogue. You experience more about active relationship building to colleagues, business partners and coworkers from other cultures. You learn methods and instruments, you can use in your international work successfully.
