As a production manager you are subject to special forms of stress (e.g. shift work, noise, deadline pressure). At the interface between staff and middle management you often experience conflict situations and have to deal with opposing interests. Additionally, you do not have the disciplinary measures to enable you to reach targets directly.

As a rule taking over a managerial  role happens without preparation and management experience. Sometimes former colleagues become, from one day to the next, your own members of staff.

To enable you to do justice to this managerial task and its peculiarities, this seminar was conceived on the basis of interviews with production managers.

In the seminar you will create well-founded instruments of management which are close to your working practice. These instruments will help you overcome daily challenges in dealing with other members of production staff.
