Consultation competence is essential to building a trustworthy relationship with staff, customers and client groups. You already have the competence you need in your personal consultation work, but new questions have come up through your experience that you’d like to take a closer look at and understand better. Together, we’ll examine each phase in consultation and develop strategies and techniques that offer security while at the same time help to deepen and strengthen the individual coaching concept.
