Your Benefit

Project Management Professional PMI® certification is a confirmation of your know-how, competency and experience. Today, many businesses require PMP® as a prerequisite to taking on project leadership. Worldwide, there are already more than 350,000 certified PMP®s. And the number is growing rapidly.
Certification is composed of a 200 question multiple-choice exam over 4 hours. Thorough preparation is highly recommended.
This seminar offers intensive preparation for the exam. You will be introduced to the PMI® Project Management Model, come to understand the 5 Process groups and 9 Knowledge Areas, as well as the processes contained within them. You will learn how to select the correct answers, understand the project management standards of PMI®, and the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).
While the examination will take place in the German language, English terminology will also be used as part of the PMBOKS.
The goal of the seminar is to prepare the participants for the PMP examination. Further study of the material and content individually is highly recommended.
