Situational Leadership in Practice

Your Benefit

One thing that the experts agree on today is: there isn’t only one ‘right’ leadership style. Successful leaders fit their leadership style to meet the needs of their staff and the challenges of the particular situation.

The concept of situational leadership is task or staff orientated, but not as an ‘all or nothing’ style. Instead, it is intended to meet the maturity and engagement of the staff. Each of the four basic concepts of situational leadership can be either particularly effective or contra-productive. In this seminar we will intensively and systematically examine the use of situational leadership.

You will come to understand the differing leadership styles and reflect on your own leadership behaviour. Through the analysis of various leadership situations taken from your daily professional experience, you will gain security in situational based appropriate decision making for sustainable improvements to your performance.

Additionally, you will be introduced to possibilities on how to use your current skills even more effectively in the future.
