The last decade has seen the rise of international teams spanning countries and continents. Made up of professionals of many nationalities and backgrounds, such teams face unique challenges. In addition to obvious logistical obstacles, all international team members bring their own attitudes, perceptions and beliefs to the team. These differences can cause major clashes as leadership, management, decision-making and trust have potentially very different meanings in the different cultures represented in the team.
This seminar will expand and enhance your understanding of the key issues and motivators that drive international teams. You will gain the skills and tools to successfully build, lead, manage and work on an international team or project.
Professionals leading an established multinational team or project or those responsible for building a new team/establishing a new multinational team. People working in a culturally diverse environment or those working regularly in international project teams whose goal is to take on a leadership position.
